Dodge Dart Inspired by You Contest

A colorfull painting, inspired by the new dodge.
Painted with acryllic paint and a can of black spraypaint on a 50x50cm 3D (thick edges) canvas.

I love how this turned out. I tried to make the background interesting by using color, not detail. And i made the car in big contrast to that, black and white, with lots of detail and hard outlines. The focus stays on the car.

I really like this one. The background could be any city in the USA... and the Dart is not red. Good Luck!

I must come back to look at this painting, it's so beautifully done! Last night I was laying in bed and you know how when you're just about to fall asleep, in this state of slumber, you sorta go through your day.. and last thing I thought was.. so far I think.. THIS one could be the possible winner in the traditional category! :w00t:

I like the background, it's so vibrant! A little too vibrant, it's almost more compelling to look at than the car... The white splotches on the car are confusing and the dark, hard outline of the Dart seems to trap some of the muddier colours of the background in the car.

I am trying to be critical because the painting will end up getting judged by someone eventually. But I still like it!
